The Set-up and the Rooms
On entering the premises, guests can park their vehicles (one vehicle per room) under shade netting in front of the B&B. For security reasons, guests have to phone us on arrival to gain access to the premises. Guests can rest assured that the high stone walls, electric fence, and security cameras make the property as safe as can be. Guests are also provided with a gate remote and a set of keys for the front door and their bedroom door (one set per room), allowing you to come and go as you please.
Once you’ve entered through the front door, you’ll find the communal area leading to the bedrooms. This is the kitchen/sitting/dining room area where guests can prepare basic meals, sit down to chat or simply enjoy their meals. This area has a fridge, a microwave oven, a small two-plate stove, a kitchen zinc, crockery and cutlery. Outside, guests can sit down and relax at a table with chairs, which is also the spot where smokers are allowed to light up.
Guests are more than welcome to take a dip in the swimming pool behind the stone wall towards the back of the property, where a table with chairs is available for use by the guests as well. We do provide swimming towels – feel free to ask!
The rooms all offer adequate accommodation with private bathrooms. The B&B – communal area, bedrooms and bathrooms – is a non-smoking area.
Room 1 has two single beds, wardrobe, TV, occasional chair, desk with chair, bed lamps, mirrors, towels, freshly laundered bedding, an en suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, and basic toiletries. This room has a delightful view of the main garden.

Room 2 has a queen size bed, side tables with bed lamps, an occasional chair, desk with chair, TV, and built-in wardrobe. It also has an en suite bathroom (5m²) similar to Room 1’s. Room 1 and Room 2 are each 14m².

Room 3 The upstairs room has a king size bed (which can convert into two single beds) and its own private bathroom. The room is fully equipped with a television, desk with chair, an occasional chair, small fridge, microwave oven, hospitality tray, hair dryer, freshly laundered bedding and towels.
All rooms can be booked for either single or double occupancy – rates apply. For your own safety, only guests who have booked are allowed on the property – no visitors unless by prior arrangement and consent.
